Ispaa provides knowledge about:

Dosha consultation and Prakruthi determination

Examination of a client is done for acquiring a comprehensive knowledge about the client’s condition, his health status, mental state, physical strength, digestive capacity, food habits etc.

Ashtasthana pareeksha(Eight points of examination)

Dasavidha Pareeksha( Ten points of examination)

Prakruti determination

Prakruti means the body-mind constitution of an individual. This is determined by the predominance of doshas in the sperm and ovum at the time of conception. This dosha proportion becomes constitutional and remains unchanged till death. The prakruti cant be changed.

Pulse diagnosis

Pulse diagnosis is also called nadi pareeksha because through it the trained practitioner feels the pranic currents that control the humours and the organs. The three humours correspond to three positions on the wrist. As there are three positions on each wrist, it means that you have six pulse readings for each arm- three superficial and three deep. This totals 12 positions. Vata is usually found on a shallow level and kapha is usually found on a deep level. Pitta can be both of between them.

Marma diagnosis

Marmas are the specific centres of prana in the body. They can be also called as the vital energy points. Any injury to marma will cause serious health issues or even death. Marmas are divided into sthoola marmas and sookshma marmas.
